Join our market leading sales team in the role of Sales Executive, representing the Gold Coasts most successful new oceanside precinct, under construction now. Working in a team of two a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the project and a key driver of sales success with a focus on converting leads and guiding buyers through the sales journey to unconditional contracts. This role will be based onsite in the display suite, located in Broadbeach, showcasing the project finishes with representative kitchen and bathroom spaces and interactive sales presentation technology. As a Colliers Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include: Engage with prospective purchasers and partners in the display suite environment, working 5 days a week Tuesday through Saturday (subject to change over the life of the project) Service an extensive database of new and existing leads to convert prospective buyers to unconditional contracts Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Colliers and developer brands Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Colliers CRM for reporting Collaborate with the project management & support team on ongoing sales & marketing activities, events and display activities
